Your Rights, Obligations, and Privileges

The following is the Agreement (“Agreement”) between the provider of this membership program and website (“Program”), “OffenderAlerts” and “OffenderAlerts.com” and "We" and “Our” and "Us" and You, the visitor to our site and any enrolled member of this membership program ("Member", "You" and "Your”). UPON ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE OR ENROLLMENT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WE URGE YOU TO READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, CALL OUR MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES AT THE CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW OR ON THE PROGRAM WEBSITE.

Membership Benefits: 

As a Member, You are entitled to access discounts and/or other benefits on certain products and services offered by participating vendors ("Benefits"), as explained in the membership materials or on the membership program website ("Program Website" and “Site”). Some Benefits may not be available in Your area. Please see Your membership materials and Program Website for details and limitations. We reserve the right to suspend or end the Program or certain aspects thereof, without prior notice, in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to suspend or end certain aspects of the Program in certain geographic areas, without prior notice, in our sole discretion.

Use of Membership: 

Your membership is non-transferable. You agree that only You and Your Immediate Family may use the membership. "Immediate Family" means You, Your spouse or partner living in Your home. Benefits are not for resale or transfer. You will promptly notify Us if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your membership (where applicable). If You were offered the opportunity to claim a gift in connection with Your enrollment in the Program, You are limited to one gift per Program and, depending upon the offer You agreed to, You may be required to still be a member of the Program at the time Your gift claim is processed.

Membership Term: 

Your membership is effective for: (a) under the annual payment plan, a period of twelve (12) months following the membership enrollment date and will continue on an annual basis until You cancel Your membership as described below (b) under the monthly payment plan, a period of one (1) month following the membership enrollment date and will continue on a month-to-month basis until You cancel Your membership as described below, or (c) under the installment payment plan, the period agreed upon by You. You are limited to one membership per twelve-month period per Immediate Family as defined below.

We reserve the right to terminate Your account with or without cause at any time and for any reason. You agree that any termination of Your access to the Benefits may be affected without prior notice. Once Your account has been terminated for any reason, You will have no further right or access to use the Program.

General Restrictions: 

You agree to use Our Program only for legal, internal-use purposes, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Additionally, You agree that Our Program and any information derived therefrom may not be used to bother, stalk, harass, threaten, or embarrass any individual. You may not use the Program to look up celebrities or other public persons, or to locate individuals under the age of 18, apart from Your own child. Systematic access to or any extraction of content from the Site or database(s), including the use of "bots", "spiders," or "scraping" technology within a browser or browser-like program is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspending or terminating Your account in accordance with these Terms of Use. We prohibit caching, unauthorized hypertext links to the Site and the framing of any content available through the Site. We reserve the right to disable any unauthorized links or frames. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the text, images, and/or information received through the Site and its affiliated websites to anyone without Our express prior written consent. You may not: (a) use or permit the use of data accessed via the Program to prepare a database or a comparison to other databases that are sold, rented, published, or furnished in any manner to a third party; or (b) use or permit the use of Program data for the purpose of compiling, enhancing, verifying, supplementing, adding to, deleting from, or operating any telemarketing list, direct mail service, mailing list, business directory, or other compilation of information that is sold, rented, published, or furnished in any manner to a third party. The data available from the Program is not intended to be used in legal proceedings.

Fee-Based Service Charges: 

Certain features of this Site are available only through the purchase of a Site subscription ("Fee-Based Services"). You agree to pay, using a valid credit card or debit card, the trial fee, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscription charges set forth on the Site and other charges incurred on Your account in order to access the Fee-Based Services. After the trial period, and every month, quarter, half-year, or year thereafter until You cancel, the membership fee will be automatically billed to Your credit card (or debited from Your checking account, if You authorized that option). The renewal charge will be the then-current published rate for the term of Your subscription. In the event We cannot charge Your account, We reserve the right to continue trying to bill Your account or to terminate Your access to the Fee-Based Services. You may be subject to a pre-authorization at the time You order Your Online Membership. THE PRE-AUTHORIZATION IS NOT A CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD; HOWEVER, THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE MAY BE RESERVED AGAINST YOUR AVAILABLE CREDIT CARD LIMIT. FOR FURTHER DETAILS, CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER FOR FURTHER DETAILS. If You believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under Your account, You agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, You waive all claims against us related to payments unless You submit the claim to us within 30 days after the charge. You are responsible for and agree to reimburse us for all reversals, chargebacks, claims, fees, fines, penalties, and other liability incurred by us (including costs and related expenses) that were caused by or arising out of payments that You authorized or accepted.

Stored Credentials: 

OffenderAlerts will be storing Tokenized credit card data for the purposes of fulfilling subscription payments. This agreement is valid until cancellation of services by the cardholder and does not expire until cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: 

You understand that to cancel Your subscription, you must either email us at support@offenderalerts.com or login and cancel online. Once you have confirmed Your desire to cancel, Your account is immediately canceled, and You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. If You do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, Your account was not canceled.
